what does rpcinfo -p 192.168.2.1 tell you about the services?  Do the
logs on 192.168.2.1 give any indication of problems?

I've seen Root-NFS errors "-5" before, but not a "-13"... If I read the
headers right, -13 would be NFSERR_ACCES error for v2 and v3, which would
lead me to look to access restrictions on the server.
