Hello, I have installed oscar 1.21rh72 atop a new Redhat 7.2 install. The server was patched to the current 2.4.9-34 level along with the other previously installed RPMs updated.
The install went as outlined in the install docs. Now I am stumbling at the test-cluster level. I have seen two errors. Either obs takes 120 secs and bombs out or I get errors about seg faults from pbsdsh in the .err file. I have ssh connectivity from node to server and back. But here are a few weird things I did not expect. 1. There was no /root/oscar-1.2.1rh72/packages/pbs/scripts/pbs_server.conf file. I went to feed this into qmgr per the FAQ and this file was nowhere on the server. I had to find a pbs_server.default on the net and use the update_config script to create and reload it. 2. I do not have auth_key only login with the user accounts like I do with root. I am having to enter a password. I have gone looking for the files that normally control this like .shosts, etc but they do not exist. Any pointers are appreciated...
