There are sample codes found in the PVM, LAM/MPI and MPICH packages. I know they are in the "examples" directory under PVM - not sure where located for the MPIs.
For "how to use a cluster" - I suggest you look at the books by Thomas Sterling. There is one for Linux type clusters and one for Windows type clusters - you want the Linux one. Note that this is a general book not specific to just OSCAR clusters.
