Yes, they support PXE, which I tried at first thinking it was a floppy drive issue (they have no consoles, so I didn't know what was wrong until I broke down and plugged a monitor in instead of using serial redirection in the BIOS). That's a good possibility.. boot them from the network, then I can use any kernel I want basically since it doesn't have to fit on a floppy.
