Updating so diligently as you have has caused problems in correlation with the rpm picking code. You have newer packages installed, and the rpms are not in /tftpboot/rpm. You should be able to put the new rpms in there and it should work.
The rpms that you need to put in there for now (the ones that are causing problems): tcpdump, lam, rsync, nfs-utils. Put the latest ones in /tftpboot and it should work. If, for some reason, it doesn't, then you can always uninstall the rpms that are causing complaints and let OSCAR install whatever it wants. You should be able to update later.
