Out of curiousity, what version of RH are you running,
and what version of OSCAR are you running? 

OSCAR 1.3B4 is the latest 1.3 beta version (new and
improved) and fully supports RedHat 7.1 and 7.2; OSCAR
provides only 'experimental' support for RedHat 7.3
(today).  Experimental support is just a statement
indicating we've done far less testing with 7.3 than
7.1 and 7.2... Rich
