I installed OSCAR 1.2.1 in a cluster. I use Red Hat 7.2. I want to change the configuration of MPICH and LAM. I know that OSCAR does not install MPICH and LAM completely.
Which steps have I to do that? have I to download MPICH and LAM, and install again? or have I to do something before to reinsall those package? OSCAR install MPICH and LAM in /opt/, have I to install those package in the same directory? What configuration have I to do in OSCAR to execute LAM, MPICH normally like standar OSCAR installation? I don't want to update the lastest OSCAR version because take me long time, on the moment, I want to reinstall LAM and MPICH.
