Hi, This is my first post. My cluster has the following configuration. All are DELL Poweredge 2600 with dual INTEL Gigabit network adapters. The master node is using RedHat 7.3 and OSCAR 2.1. I am connecting the master node and the compute nodes with a DELL PowerConnect5224 24 port Gigabit Switch. Installation has gone fine up until trying to collect Mac addresses from the nodes. It seems that it is not capable to collect mac addresses. I have tried booting the nodes with PXE (BIOS) and booting with a OSCAR created floppy bootdisk. Both unsuccessful. If I boot the nodes into RedHat 7.3, I can Ping the nodes from the master node and as well the other way around. So connectivity does not seem to be an issue.
Any suggestions or known bugs of this sort?
