This error is generally due to an architecture mismatch (especially glibc).  If you 
are going to build Pentium 1 (or 486) images on a Pentium 2 or greater server, the
first thing you should do is delete all i568 and i686 packages in
/tftpboot/rpm via 'rm -f /tftpboot/rpm/*i586.rpm & rm -f /tftpboot/rpm/*i386.rpm'.
