Greetings,

We have done 64-nodes in a simultaneous install - a number of times on
two different cluster configs...  One cluster has dual-P3 450  and the
other is  single-P4 2gig processors (1.7gig head node) - both installed
over fast ethernet (100BT) using a non-blocking switch.

While I have heard of 256-node builds - the one I am most familiar with
staged the builds in node groups <256.

To paraphrase from another email - fat enough pipe and fast enough head
node and OSCAR can easily scale into the 256+ node range...  :^)
