1)  Why do you want to set the "control protocol" to none?  Do you want
to disable eth0?  

2)  This has nothing to do with your ip address.  In the /tftpboot/rpm
directory you have a newer version of perl (5.6.1) in place, and it
requires additional packages that aren't listed in the rpmlist.  You can
add those packages to the rpmlist or you can remove the newer version of
perl from /tftpboot/rpm.
