Theoretically, you would need to do a start_over to remove everything that
that version of Oscar did.  But, as Jeremy mentioned, it is an "at your
own risk" utility.  In other words, it is NOT an uninstaller.  That having
been said, it should bring you to a point at which you can install another
version of Oscar, but we do not fully support this operation yet.  In the
future, we plan on including a way to seamlessly upgrade between versions
of OSCAR (instead of uninstall, clean up, install again).
