OPD is just a glorified downloader / unpacker -- all it does is provide a
high-level list of repositories from which you can select to download a
tarball and expand it in the right place in the OSCAR tree before you run
the OSCAR installer.
The top-level repository listing can be downloaded from:
http://oscar.sourceforge.net/repository/oscar_packages.xml
That web directory is also where the Ganglia tarball lives (as you'll see
if you look in the XML):
