If you want to use the latest SIS rpms, you should get the OSCAR tree out of CVS and use that. It has the latest SIS rpms incorporated into it. I had to make some fairly extensive changes to get it all working since the SIS database which OSCAR uses was changed, so I wouldn't recommend doing it on your own.
