[Oscar-users] oscar 2.1 and Portland group compilers

I just installed Oscar 2.1 and everything seems to be working fine. I 
now need to install the Portland Group compilers but it seems that their 
installation includes MPICH, PBS which are already installed on the 
cluster.

Now my question is what is the best method of installation?
