Srinivas, You asked a fairly general question. As far as the current version of OSCAR, the assumption is a single headnode with compute nodes attached via an ethernet interface.
It sounds like you want "fail over" rundandant servers, this is similar the sort of thing being discussed in the HA-OSCAR (high availability) working group. If you can provide more details the group might be able to provide a better answer.
