u can bypass PXE booting stage by having a network boot disk. This disk you can make via usiing "mkautodiskette" utility of OSCAR. After that you can to modify the local.cfg file present in the network boot floppy. This file basically contains information regarding networking setup for a client and then you can boot from this network boot floppy.
