I use MPI The complete Reference vol 1 and 2 second edition. Here is a
link to the first edition. I believe it is posted online. From what I
know, mpich implements the c++ version of MPI.

        |Subject: [Oscar-users] Anyone using Star-CD from
        |Adapco & MPICH?
        |Hello,
        |Can anyone send me a guide on MPICH?
        |I would like to use Oscar's implementation of
        |MPICH instead of the one from Adapco simply
        |because it is installed and working (at least the
        |tests pass).
        |If anyone can help me, I know very little about
        |MPICH and how it is used by the software.
        |Best Regards,
        |~Justin
