Which version of OSCAR are you using? From the paths in the log, it looks like OSCAR 1.4, but from some of the files, I see that you have a more recent set of systemimager packages.
Second, have you downloaded updates for your distribution and put them into /tftpboot/rpm or installed updates on your server? At this time, OSCAR is not designed to cope with updated RPMs with different requirements, so please revert to the distribution's original set of packages.
