Hi,
I installed OSCAR on a 4 node cluster. When I run the tests, the tests fail when reaching HDF5, then it gives the following message:
Checking for 4 free nodes: Not enough free nodes. Test incomplete. (twice)
Then after that, it doesnt continue with the rest of the tests. I checked the error log, for HDF5, but its empty, and the test.out script says "success".
I change the timeouts from 3 to 10, but it still fails. Also, the output for "pbsnodes -a" gives me the four nodes, all free.
The path on all nodes is the same, but the one on the parent node is different. Is this ok?
Im running oscar 2.2.1 with rh 7.3. Please let me know if you have any ideas why this is failing. Thanks,
