The oscar setup completed successfully (step 7) and I ran the tests. The tests passed up to the PBS Shell Test. After that, I got the message Not enough free nodes. I am not sure if this is part of the PVM test or if it occurs between the PBS Shell test and the PVM test. When I go to the /home/oscartest directory under pbs, the error log is empty and the output file looks correct. Under the pvm directory, it looks like the test was not performed.

Do you think this is some kind of timeout issue? In the pbs directory in the .out file, all of the nodes responded appropriately so they were obviously available at this step. When installing the previous version of Oscar, I had to set the timeout in HDF5 to 100 instead of 3, but here, I haven't even got
that far.
