Hi Dennis:

In order to set up 'non-standard' network cards, you need to look into systemconfigurator.

Just do a 'man systemconfigurator' and it would tell you about putting a hardware.lst in the /etc/systemconfig directory (for he image, so on your master node, it would be in /var/lib/systemimager/images/oscarimage).

In essence you are telling systemimager about this piece of hardware you wanted installed.

To find out the VendorId and DeviceId, you would have to look into either /proc/pci or /usr/share/hwdata/pcitable on your Dell machines (just boot into single user mode)

After you got all that information, the interfaces should be installed on boot and should be configured to get on the internet.

Cheers,

Bernard
