Hello Daniel, There is no "official" way to upgrade OSCAR. In the latest version you can save the node list in a file and then import it in your newer OSCAR version which is a kind of "official" way to update the OSCAR installation.
However, in theory, you should be able to update ;-) It looks like you don't have the latest RedHat RPM in your /tftpboot/rpm directory. Did you copy all the RedHat 7.3 RPM ?
