Hello,
I seem to remember some one saying that the new OSCAR might have
mpiexec included. Is this true? And if not, are there any other steps
needed to add it other that
./configure --with-comm=shared --with-pbs=/opt/pbs
--with-default-comm=mpich-p4
make
make install
