Ganglia is an untested, unsupported, third-party package.  From other
users' feedback, we have learned that the existing Ganglia OSCAR package
does not work with OSCAR 2.3.  If you are installing Ganglia from RPMs
you obtained from ganglia.sf.net, then you will have to consult their
documentation and mailing lists.  The person who created the Ganglia
package for OSCAR is (as far as I know) no longer maintaining it.  The
Ganglia developers were not involved in producing the Ganglia package
for OSCAR.
