Hello, OSCAR does not support process migration.
However, all you have to do is to use an open mosix (www.openmosix.org) or a bproc enabled system (http://bproc.sourceforge.net/). You can use the OSCAR infrastructure to install the nodes and deploy the choose software. Please keep us informed of your progress.
