This is listed as a bug in OSCAR already, but needs to go into the SI feature requests... haven't done that yet.

I also tracked down the CD-ROM issue, althought I haven't resolved it.
The basic thing there is that SystemImager or SystemConfigurator (can't
remember which one) generates /etc/fstab from the original file given,
and automatically generates other "special" things like /dev/fd0, etc
(so you don't need to add them), but doesn't include /dev/cdrom. I
considered adding /dev/cdrom to the prototype file, but I feared it
would try and create the filesystem, bombing out during the install.
