        No, this doesn't force it not to test for them, they just fail when
they try and get it, proceeding on to the next file.  I think that
Kaizaad want's to know how to not even request the files.

        But, going back to the original question, I don't think you can stop it
without rewriting pxelinux.0.  You should be aware that these tests are
useful, as it enables setting different boot conditions for different
nodes.  We use it here to toggle between load the kernel from the local
hard disk or doing a new network image.  This is all covered in
mkclientnetboot and related setup.

        If you are worried about these attempts, you could link default to each
one of the HEX files, which would then do only one get.
