According to this schedule from the Fedora web site, Yarrow is core 1 is 
public release.  No other releses scheduled until Core 2 which has no dates 
attached.
Just FYI.  Unless you're talking about something else, I assumed you were 
talking about the test 3 release.  No sense in waiting on something thats 
already out.  :)

Fedora Core 1 / Cambridge

    * July 21 2003 - Test 1 (originally called Beta 1) release
    * September 25 2003 - Test 2 release
    * October 13 2003 - Test 3 release
    * November 5 2003 - General Availability
