According to this schedule from the Fedora web site, Yarrow is core 1 is public release. No other releses scheduled until Core 2 which has no dates attached. Just FYI. Unless you're talking about something else, I assumed you were talking about the test 3 release. No sense in waiting on something thats already out. :)
