i have installed the oscar server packages and builded the oscar client image successfully.But when define the oscar client,something is wrong,when i finished the entering the information,press the <Addclients>,it take a long time to run, no a popup appear to tell me the success or failure,it seems to run for ever.

i have two machines homogenous,and a switcher,oscar 2.3.1,redhat 9.0,the ip of server is 171.18.1.7. the client is 171.18.1.8 ,static ip,not use dhcp,but there is another ip of my server,it is 127.0.0.1,the name is localhost.localdomian,alias is localhost, The domain is same as the server named localdomain,the number of hosts is 1.the base name is default,the start ip is 171.18.1.8,the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0,the defalut gateway is 171.18.1.7,the subnet doesn't connect the public net,and i have closed the firewall and set the PermitRootLogin to yes. en ,there are other six machines connecting the switcher,but they belong another cluster,their ip is 172.18.1.***.
if i ignore the promble,stop the progress forcingly,and start the setup Networking.i build a autoinstall floppy. i can't colletc the mac.but i make a local.cfg file in the floopy.HOSTNAME=zxy DOMAINNAME=localdomain DEVICE=eth0 IPADDR=171.18.1.8 NETMASK=255.255.255.0 NETWORK=171.18.1.7 BROADCAST=171.18.1.255 GATEWAY=171.18.1.7 GATEWAYDEV=eth0 IMAGESERVER=171.18.1.7 when i boot the client ,error appear.

i check the root directory of client ,there is a scripts directory,but nothing is in it.
