i have completed this steps before the setup nweworking successfuly, but a error appear when i setup the client ,i use the static ip ,.not dhcp ,so i make a boot floppy disk, i boot the client by the floppy. but when partitioning the hd of the host ,a error appear. below

Error :Expecting a partition type
i have two OSes in the server and the client now , one is xp,.
the other is redhat 9.0.
if i delete the xp of server , make a new image of the client ,and make a new boot floppy disk ,will the error disappear?
