Jason, You can select a different kernel with the kernel_picker in the OSCAR setup (step 1 or 2 from memory). Alternatively, it does have it in /var/lib/systemimager/images/XXX/boot, but you also need to fix a couple of other configure files (e.g. /var/lib/systemimager/images/XXX/etc/systemconfig/systemconfig.conf)
