I haven't done any Fedora testing, so I can't confirm that any of these
solutions would work.  

It seems like DBI.pm isn't being found because fedora includes perl 5.8
and the DBI.pm we're distributing is built for perl 5.6.  A newer
perl-DBI rpm should fix the problem, since it will probably install into
the right directory.
