According to this thread
(http://archive.lug.boulder.co.us/bymonth/2002.09/msg00414.html) you can
use something like 
option domain-name  "subdomain.mydomain.com mydomain.com";

Keep a backup of the modified file.  If OSCAR rewrites the file you'll
lose the change (yep, the SIS tool ignores any manual mods AFAIK).
