Greetings,
We had a production cluster running OSCAR on redhat 7.3 for a
while. We planned to upgrade to fedora and oscar3.0 .
At the time of installation, I get the following error.

I tried with different versions of perl, but still end up with a similar
error. Is there a work around for this ?
