Do it just like you would on a single machine... but use cexec to deliver the rpm -Uvh command. Also, don't forget to run lilo on all your nodes (and your server, unless you used Grub there) after the upgrade. I also recommend that you update you image, by doing the same rpm command, but with the --root=/var/lib/systemimager/images/YOUR_IMAGE_DIR option. To make the image use that kernel, you may need to tweak the /var/lib/systemimager/images/YOUR_IMAGE_DIR/etc/systemconfig/systemconfig.conf file, which tells the image scripts what kernel to set up any future builds to use.

As with any kernel upgrade, a reboot is of course required for changes to take effect. I recommend rebooting a SINGLE node before the whole cluster at once though... this way, you have an opportunity to see if you've done everything correctly and that the node reboots ok.
