Hello,
I received word today that the 2004 HPCS/OSCAR conference hotel (Delta
Winnipeg Hotel) is filling up. If possible please reserve your hotel rooms
as soon as possible. You can cancel reservations without charge prior to
the conference date if necessary but I don't recall what that threshold is
off the top of my head.
