The Debian port is currently 'work-in-progress'.  You can check out this
link:

http://hackers.progeny.com/~laz/oscar-debian/

Only a IA64 version was worked on - I took a brief look at it, and
provided you have the corresponding 32-bit version of the deb packages,
you should be able to get it going with IA32 as well...
