I am using 3Com 3c2000-T cards and they work well with OSCAR. All but one of my machines worked using PXE once I did it right (that "Network Boot Setup" button is important), but one of them looked different when I booted that way and I ended up using a boot floppy for that one. The boot floppy worked fine.
I did have to compile the driver on a node an add it to the image oscar makes in order for the machine to boot on its own. If you decide to use this card drop me a line and I can give more detail. OSCAR worked fine though. Original Message ----------------------- Can someone point me in the right direction to the list of 3com cards that work with OSCAR? The 3.0 install guide has the following footnote on page 8.. "Beware of certain models of 3com cards - not all models of 3com cards are supported by the installation Linux kernel that is shipped with Oscar. See the OSCAR website for more details." Can't seem to find this bit of information on the website.
