Hi, The current boot kernel/initrd does not have the 7899 adaptec drivers built into it. I see scsi mod loaded during installation process but no 7899 mod.
Does any one have instructions on how to build a new initrd. I know how to build and install a kernel but not sure what the initrd file is called after the kernel build. Is this the best way to about fixing this problem? Any help or suggestion appreciated. Thanks James G.
