Progress! This time, the node boots and installs, however on reboot it
cannot boot from the hard disk. It does:
LILO
Boot nux 2.4.20-8smp..................
and stops there. Interesting the the "li" of linux didn't show up, but I
don't know if it means anything.

This script didn't work for me. I assumed that my problem above was that
the mandrake kernel from the webpage was good enough to do a network boot
for the client node install, but not close enough to plug into a full
blown redhat and boot up properly.
Here is the error from mkbootdisk.pl:
