Hi Dunrui: The reason is because your /home directory is not properly mounted after reboot. Can you double check /etc/fstab in your client nodes and figure out why you cannot mount the /home directory upon reboot?
On the client node, execute: % mount /home as root to mount it manually. You should still be able to log onto the nodes without password as root.
