Hallo everybody,

I am trying to install Oscar 3 on a 18 nodes HP cluster with RedHat 9
3ES [The Enterprise edition seems to be necessary to comply with
vendor assistance contract].

I install Oscar after a clean RedHat installation, no updates made. I
got stuck at Step 4 wih message "Couldn't find file for required
package tzdata ...". Problem is that package
/tftpboot/rpm/tzdata-2003c-1.noarch.rpm exists. [rpm package is not
corrupted and I also tried with a 2004a version] I tried also
Oscar 2.3.1 and had the same error.

I had to modify /usr/share/systeminstaller/distinfo/Redhat/stages
adding tzdata and libgcc because required by the filesystems package.

Any hint? Is there anybody who tried succesfully to install Oscar on 3ES?
