Does anyone attempt to install X Display on the computing nodes? We have a case here where the software needs to use X display to work. What we did was send all the display from the clients to the master node with the "setenv DISPLAY" environment. After this, our jobs on the cluster run sporadically where one jobs run and the others hang.
I tried to manually install the X packages via RPM but couldn't get it to work.
