I read an announcement from Canada's Michael Smith Genome Sciences
Centre that OSCAR 4.0 has been released. The announcement mentioned
that OSCAR 4.0 could be downloaded from OSCAR's official website
http://oscar.openclustergroup.org , but I could not find this latest
release at this website. Is there another place where it can be
downloaded?
