Hi Bernand,

I have Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon). I could fix the problems after I loaded in /tftpboot/rpm the following rpms:

bind-9.2.4-5_EL3.i386.rpm
bind-libs-9.2.4-5_EL3.i386.rpm
bind-utils-9.2.4-5_EL3.i386.rpm

rpm-4.2.3-13.i386.rpm
rpm-libs-4.2.3-13.i386.rpm
popt-1.8.2-13.i386.rpm

laus-0.1-66RHEL3.i386.rpm
laus-libs-0.1-66RHEL3.i386.rpm

It is important to say that all those rpms should be compatible from Dependencies
stand point. The RHE version that I have, has a bind-9.2.2-21.i386.rpm but it does not have a bind-libs for this release yet. So I used 9.2.4-5_EL3.i386.rpm for all bind-* rpms. After I did that, I got some error of ".....RPM not found" for rpm and laus. I loaded the files shown above and I was very closed to build my Client Image, but I got the following error:

278: 2005-0-2 14:53:26 [main :: Line 165] Unmounting /proc.

        What is the porblem?

Thanks,

Rodrigo

Hi Rodrigo:

What update version are you running? What does cat /etc/redhat-releases give back?

Judging from your error messages, you are running update2, therefore as stated in my previous email, you are using the wrong rpmlist while building the image.

Please read README.RH3AS.txt Section 2.

Cheers,

Bernard
