Hi Shiang-Tai:
Have you re-imaged your nodes? Since
you re-installed OSCAR on the headnode it is necessary to re-image all the nodes
(since you are now using different packages from the previous
install).
It looks like Torque server wasn't running,
what does:
% ps -ef | grep pbs
give you on the headnode?
I haven't run PBS/Torque for a long time,
perhaps other users will have better ideas about what is going on.
