Have you tried re-running install_cluster after that?

I have encountered similar problems before, sometimes I forget to set
the DISPLAY back to my computer, so when it tried to ask me for a
password, it fails. Then if I try to re-run ./install_cluster, it would
complain about problems with mysql user...

But usually if I run start_over and re-run ./install_cluster, it
works...

Cheers,

Bernard
