Did you put all the rpms in the /tftpboot/rpms directory?  The
workstation install is sufficient (and really recommended over an
"everything" install), but all the rpms from all four disks have to be
copied into the /tftpboot/rpms directory because that is where sis
looks for them.  I know I missed disk four the first time I tried it
since I hadn't used it in the workstation install.

Also, did you run the updates after you installed?  I have not done an
everything install and I don't know if it turns on the automatic yum
updates, but running the updates can confuse the dependency checker
for oscar.

Kicking this back to oscar-users in case someone else has seen this exact error.
