Yes, it's a fresh RHEL3, The out-put of

Also , i was same problem comming, in oscar-forum, so i have

Before
uploading of these rpm, Buiding Oscar client image was stoping at 20%. When i
uploaded these rpm. process completed about 80%. then it's giving
error.
